Each branch has their own brand of book club each month. Feel free to join any of them at any time. All are welcome.
Almond Journeys meets the third Wednesday of each month at 12:30PM at the Village Hall in Almond and generally chooses a fiction title. February's selection is Brooklyn by Colin Tiobin. Copies are available at the Almond branch.
Rosholt Choices meets the third Thursday of the month at 2:30PM at the Rosholt branch. This is generally a non-fiction, choose your own title within the monthly theme, book club. February's theme is Brain Health, but they have also decided to read Still Alice by Lisa Genova (a fictional title about a woman's struggle with Alzheimer's disease). Copies are available at the Rosholt branch. (**The library will also be showing the movie Still Alice on 2/21 as part of this month's book discussion. All are welcome to attend.)
Plover Reflections meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 2PM at the Plover branch and generally chooses a fiction title. February's selection is Half Broke Horses by Jeanette Walls. Copies are available at the Plover Branch.
