Tai Chi is a gentle martial art that improves strength and balance. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and loose clothing.
The first 30 minutes of class will concentrate on the basic moves and is geared toward beginners. The second 30 minutes will teach more advanced forms and is for the more advanced student.
No registration required. If it is your first time attending, please arrive 10 minutes early to get acclimated.
