Watercolor class at the Plover and Rosholt Branch Libraries is back this September!
Learn to paint with watercolors, practice technique, and create your own watercolor paintings. Low stress, no judgement, beginner friendly class. Adults 18 and older.
No experience necessary, no fee.
Class Size is limited and classes fill up fast, registration begins two weeks ahead of class dates.
